This 1926 historic preservation project recaptures the grandeur of a time gone by and romanticizes the richness of Italian Mediterranean architecture.

The interiors capture the richness of evening glow, accented with antiques and old world lighting, fabrics and draperies. Each room is detailed from hand-stenciled wall coverings, custom rugs, Venetian-plastered walls and exotic glazes.
The exterior is richly glazed with hand-painted finishes to embody an aged villa, highlighted with Italian-style landscaping, expansive verandas, and custom-tiled patios. Reclaimed limestone was used for pool copings and exterior fireplace.
