The key to a successful residence is planning the integration of every item in the home including every cabinet, bath fixture, lighting control-unit, the entertainment and security systems, and every piece of exposed hardware.

During a Pre-Design Consultation, we'll discuss your project needs, budget, and timeframe; we'll also examine your building site in detail and discuss all of the important features that can impact the design of your home.

Design Development takes your design to a greater level of detail. Interior design also begins now - flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting and many other choices are explored. With detailed drawings and specifications, we'll be able to give you a more accurate projection of the construction cost and procede to the next phase with confidence.

Contruction Documents are prepared once all of the design decisions are made. The construction drawings and specifications are highly detailed to ensure accurate, competetive pricing from our bidders.

During construction we act as your Project Manager - on-site as your expert "eyes and ears" on the jobsite, monitoring workmanship, schedule, and costs – assuring that the project is built as designed.
