Originally constructed in 1925 as the Edwards & Wildey building, this historic structure was originally designed by the renowned Los Angeles architecture team of Albert R. Walker and Percy A. Eisen.

Mueller Design was contracted to oversee the historic renovation of this Los Angeles landmark by the Grand Pacific Lofts Corporation.

These unique, architectural lofts feature luxury studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units from 600 – 1,600 square feet. The renovation of this landmark installation included design and installation of amenities like wi-fi rooftop garden lounge, gym and fitness center, and on-site restaurant and dining facilities.

The fully renovated and newly christened Milano Lofts is adjacent to downtown's thriving LA LIVE and Disney Concert Hall.
