GLEH

GLEH The $21.5M, 104-unit building located on the corner of Selma and Ivar Avenues in Hollywood, is designed to house individuals of mixed incomes under an affordable housing model. The mix consists of 96 one- and 8 two-bedroom units.

The housing surrounds an open courtyard with a pool, and each floor contains a lounge area and common laundry facility. Unit features include wall-to-wall carpeting, European style kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, range and hood, garbage disposal, window treatments and pre-wired telephone cable.

Milano Lofts

grandPacific Originally constructed in 1925 as the Edwards & Wildey building, this historic structure was originally designed by the renowned Los Angeles architecture team of Albert R. Walker and Percy A. Eisen. Mueller Design was contracted to oversee the historic renovation of this Los Angeles landmark by the Grand Pacific Lofts Corporation.

These unique, architectural lofts feature luxury studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units from 600 – 1,600 square feet. The renovation of this landmark installation included design and installation of amenities like wi-fi rooftop garden lounge, gym and fitness center, and on-site restaurant and dining facilities.

The Racquet Club of Palm Springs

theRacquetClub For seven decades this historic Palm Springs resort offered Hollywood's greatest screen legends a seculded desert playgound to escape and revive.

The renovation of this historic property will include 7 luxury bungalows each with its own private pool, twenty-two modern lofts with dipping pool/fountain; 44 mid-century townhomes, and the historic Albert Frey "Schiff House".

Redlands Classics

redlandsClassic Nestled in the foothills of the San Bernadino mountains outside Los Angeles, Redlands Classics is a 37 home development that is immediately remeniscent of a time gone by.

Mueller Design designed and developed this community to appeal to the first-time buyer; Redlands Classic offers 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom residnences. Each of the homes in this gated community features a beautiful wrap-around stone porch, 2-car detached garage and large back yard.

Orange Garden Townhomes

orangeGarden The 71 unit townhouse development, located in the heart of Redlands, features multi-story, two and three bedroom units; each home also includes a wood-burning fireplace and two car garge.

To enhance the sense of community within the development, a community center was added with public kitchens and outdoor BBQs, 2 large swimming pools, and entertainment center.

Montana Unified School District

montana Deep in the heart of the Axel Mountains of Montana is a progressive community in need of a new high school for their 180 student body population.

This faciitliy is encapsulated with a glass atrium with classrooms and ancillary offices surrounding its gymnasium that pierces the atrium with its own majestic peak. The gymnasium has a dual purpose providing a community space for its town residents.
